Shrews Super Blues - Our Journey

What began as the 100 Club in the 1980s has grown into the Super Blues — the only officially recognised supporter fundraising group for Shrewsbury Town FC. Founded on the passion of fans like Chris Smith, our mission has always been simple: back the club, build the future. Over the decades, we’ve raised thousands for projects that matter — from academy support and analysis equipment to handrails, lighting, and fan zone improvements. Now, with a modern membership platform, we’re making it even easier for supporters to make a real difference. 

Thanks to our incredible Super Blues supporters, we’ve raised over £45,000 in the past five seasons — helping deliver real improvements across Shrewsbury Town FC, both on and off the pitch.

Here are just a few of the projects we’ve proudly supported:

• Installation of handrails in the Roland Wycherley MBE and Salop Leisure stands
   
• Lighting upgrades along “Super Blues Way” — the approach to the stadium
   
• Construction of the ticket collection booth
   

• Funding for camera equipment, high-quality lenses, and a drone for match coverage and analysis
   
• Contribution toward performance analysis tools used by club staff
   

• £3,000 donation to help the Academy/Foundation attend a tournament
   
• Supply of goals and netting for the training ground
   
• Support for original groundwork on the Fanzone
